About the Executive Administrative Assistant position
We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will consult and assist Hamilton Raye’s clients on a range of administrative tasks. Your duties will include working on a one-to-one basis and perform assignments related to the executive’s working life and communication. We expect you to be competent, organized, and able to fulfill your tasks in a timely manner.

Dedicated Admin (Executive Assistant) responsibilities are:
  • Create and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organize efficient contact between the executives and the company’s clients
  • Administer calls, messages, and daily correspondence
  • Maintain calendars across multiple executives and team members.
  • Complex travel bookings
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Review office supplies and build relations with suppliers
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs
Dedicated Admin (Executive Assistant) requirements are:
  • 3+ years’ experience of working on an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or other relevant position
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
  • Solid experience with office management systems and procedures
  • Critical thinker that is resourceful when looking to find solutions to a problem.
  • Proficiency in English and in-depth knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with an ability to multitask
  • A proactive and thoughtful communicator who responds with urgency.
  • Good knowledge of the latest trends in office gadgets and applications
  • Reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Remote work experience preferred.

Digital Marketing Specialist


Location: Remote
About the Digital Marketing Specialist position
This role will work with Hamilton Raye clients providing creative solutions for these brands. They should have the ability to determine unique ways to spread awareness about the company and drive product sales.

Digital Media Specialist responsibilities are:
  • Design digital media campaigns that align with the goals of client business.
  • Coordinate and support the creation of digital content for social media.
  • Manage digital projects end-to-end
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Communicate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams in ensuring brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Digital Media Specialist requirements are:
  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager or comparable role
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Outstanding analytical and project management skills
  • Be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Your verbal and written communication skills should be very strong.
  • Flexible work from home schedule.

Client Success Manager

We are looking to scale and grow quickly and need the perfect client success partner to provide support to our client base as we look to build each relationship.

A client success specialist develops and maintains long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison. Typically a “people person,” by nature, they have a hybrid of soft and hard skills required to master technology and manage client relationships. These professionals are driven to uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations. The best client success specialists demonstrate superb communication, organization, and time management skills, and are able to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time.

As a key member of our team, you will help craft the company’s client success strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.


  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our services.
  • Build out the client management process from the onboarding phase into the management phase of the client relationship.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  • Support administrative team to problem solve as situations arise with clients.
  • Work with clients to identify new opportunities and collaborate with the operations team to roll out new processes.
  • Run reporting and analyze data to identify process and work efficiencies for clients.
  • Build bi-annually or quarterly brand check-ins with the client
  • Powerpoint presentation preparation.


  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Executive administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
