Before starting Hamilton Raye, she spent ten years working in the corporate retail industry in Columbus, Ohio. She had a very successful career in production and sourcing where she had the opportunity to learn best practices for staying organized, managing constant changes in priorities throughout the day and week, and finding process efficiencies to reduce workload.
