After nearly a decade of working in executive support and internal operations at a top private equity firm, Mia is now applying those collaborative partnership skills here at Hamilton Raye. As Director of Operations, Mia supports our operational efficiency and thrives on finding thoughtful solutions for tedious problems. Outside of work, Mia is a wife and mom to two, who enjoys biking, hiking, books and music.
